Manager for Portfolio of HOA properties with leading and rapidly growing management firm.  College Graduate preferred.  CCAM, AMS or CMCA designation(s) preferred. Detail oriented, fast pace.  Excellent verbal and written skills.  Company Manages approximately 155 HOA’s comprising more than 20,000 units.  Staff size is 48 and growing.

  • Strong computer skills to include: Microsoft Word, Excel, database applications, email and internet.
  • Must have use of a vehicle; possess current driver’s license and state-mandated vehicle insurance.
  • Must be able to work independently and prioritize daily work load
  • Must possess strong customer service skills
  • Must be able to handle the stress and pressure of the position, including periodic evening meetings.
  • Must have the ability to effectively communicate with clients and vendors.
  • Must be resourceful and a creative problem solver
