Experienced Administrative Assistant needed. Small but fast-growing property management firm (homeowners associations). Small, family-like atmosphere – total staff size is 48 and growing. Position will be in our San Jose headquarters. This role is an exciting endeavor for someone who has the drive and ability to take ownership of a branch office’s Administrative needs.

Must be responsible and reliable. Full-time – 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday. Heavy phones, ability to prioritize workload, detail oriented, excellent communication skills, good computer skills a must. Must be experienced user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Power Point). Heavy photo copy and report preparation duties, email management, creation of letters, record keeping, scanning, and filing.
Must be capable of supporting several different managers, prepare and process bulk mailings, create documents from dictation – most work done on computer using database, email and web-based systems.

Compensation: $20.00+/hour plus benefits (medical, dental, 401k with company match, PTO, paid holidays)
