Experienced customer service representative needed. Small but fast-growing property management firm (homeowners associations). Small, family-like atmosphere – total staff size is 48 and growing.  Location – San Jose headquarters office.

Must be responsible and reliable.  Full-time – 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday.   Heavy phones and email, ability to prioritize workload, detail oriented, excellent communication skills, good computer skills a must. Filing and paperwork – most work done on computer using database, email and web-based systems. Work with public on a walk-in reception area basis.

Compensation: $20.00+/hour plus benefits (medical, dental, 401k with company match, PTO, paid holidays)
