  • Mail in your check or money order made payable to your association to the bank lockbox address that pertains to your association below. Be sure to include your account number on your check.

  •  Sign up to pay by credit card or PayPal through PayLease, a third party company. Please note that a transaction fee will be charged by PayLease for this service and will be added to your payment amount.

Create an account on our website using the “Create an Account” link in the upper right corner of this page. You will need a copy of your billing statement to create your account. Once logged in, click on the My Account tab and select the Assessments and Payments page. Follow the directions to create a payment account through PayLease.

  • Sign up for Auto Pay through Compass Management.

Log in to your online account to sign up to have your HOA payment automatically deducted from your checking account. Having your auto pay set up through Compass will ensure that if your association’s dues increase or decrease at the beginning of the fiscal year, your auto pay will automatically be updated to reflect the new amount to be paid each month, protecting you from accidental over payment or possible late fees incurred from under payment.
